1. ERROR MESSAGE - YOU ARE USING A PIRATED VERSION OF THIS SOFTWARE

Recently it has come to our attention that the error message given above appears when you use CD-ROM "The Journey to the Truth." Version 1.0 (original version of the product.)
We have researched and identified that this error message is due to change in the "Daylight Savings Time," which is an automatic in-built setting and part of the Operating System in the computers. Apparently this setting has interfered with some of the application programs used in our CD-ROM resulting in this error message. We sincerely regret and apologize for the temporary inconvenience that may have been caused in your use of the CD-ROM.

To correct and eliminate this error message,

Step 1: Place the cursor on this link, Download Patch File and right click.

Step 2: From the short-cut menu, select Save Target As… and save the exe file to the C:\Temp folder. If this folder is not present then create a new folder Temp on the C: drive.

Step 3: Use Windows Explorer to go to the C:\Temp folder and double click on the file you just downloaded, Journey_PatchNov_zip.exe

Step 4: Two files called GitaRelocate and atssec.dll will be unzipped to the C:\GitaJourney folder located on the C: drive.

Step 5: You are now ready to run the Gita CD-ROM: The Journey To The Truth.

This patch file is intended to correct and eliminate the error message, and to facilitate smooth functioning of the Gita CDs. The use of this patch file does not alter any other settings or programs in your computer.

2. ERROR MESSAGE - JAVA VIRTUAL MACHINE NOT FOUND - CLASS NOT REGISTERED.

This error message will appear if you tried to install The Journey To The Truth program Version 1.01 in Windows XP machine.

To correct and eliminate this error message:

Microsoft decided not to include Java Virtual Machine with Windows XP operating system (included in previous versions of Windows operating system). The installation program of The Journey To The Truth program Version 1.01 needs Java Virtual Machine. Microsoft has provided Java Virtual Machine program in their website for free download. Point your browser to http://www.microsoft.com/java/vm/dl_vm40.htm and download the Microsoft® virtual machine (Microsoft VM) and follow the installation procedure explained in the website. (If you upgraded to Windows XP from windows ME or Windows 2000, you do not need the Virtual Machine).
