Please fill out the Family Registration form to become a member of Chinmaya Mission Houston. If you have children who would be attending Bala Vihar, fill out the Bala Vihar Enrollment form as well.
The forms can be edited electronically or completed by hand. Please print and submit the completed forms at the Welcome Desk on your first day at Chinmaya Mission Houston.
